Shoshanna is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed later than 2PM EST.

When placing your Shoshanna.com order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day.

Shoshanna.com will provide a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.
When placing your order please be aware that UPS does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services. Please note that Shoshanna cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

International Shipping Available. Price varies depending on weight and address. If you would like to do International Shipping, please email customerservice@shoshanna.com before placing your order.

Duty and Taxes – The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Returns 

All Sale merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Full price items that are on sale during a flash sale or a promotion are eligible for return or exchange. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 14 days are eligible for an online credit for 30 days past the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted. Items for return or exchange must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, all of the tags must still be attached and the items must be shipped back to us with the original invoice and return slip. For a full refund, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling feeds.

How to Request a Return

  1. Please log into your account on Shoshanna.com and select Recent Orders. If you checked out as a guest, please email customerservice@shoshanna.com with your order number or call 1(855) 719-3601 to be assisted.
  2. Next select Return on the order which you would like to return.
  3. Under your return, please select the item which you are returning, the reason for the return, and the resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  4. Next Submit your request. You will receive an email confirmation with the pending return.
  5. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email confirmation with return instructions and a UPS prepaid shipping label.
  6. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the return is received for your account to be credited.

Please note that a return shipping fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the Shoshanna return label is used. Please note all return requests received Monday through Friday 9 am to 5pm ET will be approved within 24 hours. Return requests received outside of business hours or on holidays will be approved the following business day.

Shoshanna offers a price adjustment in the form of an online credit on full priced products that have been reduced within 7 days from the date of purchase. This does not include items purchased with a promotional code, during a flash sale, or sale items reduced further. Flash sales include one day only promotions, Cyber Monday sale, and any online sample sales.
